My parents just completed their first listen...
They were both blown away by it. They, like me, had casually listened to Kanye if he was on the radio, but never gone deeper than that. By the time the album got to Power, my dad was hooked. My mom took much longer to be sold on it, it took the cellos in the second half of Runaway. Lost in the World sealed it. They both put it on their respective computers/iPods.

WatchTo give you an idea of just how crazy this was:
This wasn’t Terror Pigeon, but they also did this. They brought out one of those parachutes you use in elementary school. You know, the ones with the rainbow and the hole in the center. They threw it over us, and then we danced and sang under it.
It was fantastic.
I’m going to go pass out now.
